The TI Retiree Club of Houston schedules very economical day trips all year, generally bi-monthly. Transportation is by a Harris County air-conditioned bus, at no charge to you. The bus pickup point is at Bayland Park on Bissonnet St. (between Beechnut and Hillcroft) where Braewick intersects Bissonnet at the traffic light. There's plenty of free parking and good park security for your car. Day trips are within a two-hour radius of Houston.

Local trips entail one or two stops with lunch at a nearby restaurant or cafeteria. Guided tours at points of interest usually last about 1 to 1½ hours.

In the past, venues visited run the gamut from museums, nature/wildlife, private-city-state businesses, live-stage performances: drama, musicals, country-western and lastly Christmas lights. Diversity throughout the year is a given!

Contact the president or day trip organizer by email or phone to reserve a seat on the bus. Bus seating is limited, so early sign up's are assured a seat.
